After an unacceptable experience, I was pleased to receive immediate attention from Beach Beauty Bar management who are obviously concerned about customer care. I appreciate good customer service and efforts by management to address problems in a prompt way. I will give it one more try and will update my review after the second try.

Renee tinted and shaped my eybrows and they look great! Highly recommended and she was so sweet!
