I was traveling and had decided after about 20 years that I wanted to get a brazilian again. I only only planned on going once and now I am a regular customer (every 5 weeks) because the customer service is awesome. Lacey makes you feel very comfortable in what is normally, a very "awkward setting". I'm really glad I found this Waxing center.

I don't know if it's Kathy with a C or K but nevertheless, she did such an superb job. I literally hadn't been waxed since the Pandemic happen.  I know...YIKES!  However, she was very understanding and worked her magic. She is so bubbly, friendly and extremely sweet. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my Brazilian and in love with my eyebrows! You will not regret booking with her.

Where's Bree?! She was honestly the best- simply the BEST. I hope I find her somewhere, anywhere!!!

This is my go-to wax center in OC! I love that they open later than most places as I'm able to get an appointment after I'm off work for the day.

EWC Huntington Beach is well organized and has good covid protocols in place. They have you check in outside of the facility and they bring you in when your waxer is ready for you. The facility is very clean and comfortable and provides a pleasant experience.

Every single interaction I've had here has been stellar. All the staff is so friendly and nice - they make it a very comfortable place to get your services done. My go-to waxer is Bree!!! She is so amazing and is so good at what she does. I've had her twice now and I trust her to perform all my waxes. She's very bubbly and easy to talk to. You can talk the whole time with her and won't even notice that she's basically done with your wax. That's also because her waxes are so painless! She does smaller strips at a time and counts down to not catch you by surprise. I'm very impressed with her expertise.

Mary is hands down the best aesthetician I have ever had! I have had over a dozen in my years of being waxed. She is kind, gentle and so great at what she does. She greets me by my first name and always remembers my wants and always makes sure I am happy and comfortable. I have bought the unlimited pass three years in a row just because of her services. She always makes me look and feel like a million bucks! The Bella Terra location is my favorite because the front desk girls are always so sweet and always remember me. Thanks for the great customer service!

They do a pretty good job here but they get people in and out as fast as possible. Some of the girls really do a good job and offer you highlighter for your brows or fill them in for you when you leave but some offer nothing... that treatment should be standard.

Usually do walk-ins and have never waited more than 10 minutes. Really nice staff.

What a relief to have finally found a consistent place for my beauty needs! I have consistently every month for years now and European Wax Center always provides great professional service. I know I will always be taken care by whomever I set an appointment with. This company truly takes care to produce consistently professional estheticians. The only drawback is that their App is currently only available on Apple. Still, phoning in for appointment corrections have always been easy and quick.

I love European wax center! Their wax is amazing! Their products are great too just wish they wouldn't increase the prices so often.
