Kathy was amazing and my manicure turned out perfect!

I had an appointment for a gel manicure with Kathy and she was great, as usual. I also had an appointment with another nail tech at the same time but when I sat down she didn't start on my pedicure for over 30 minutes. Once she came over she rushed and did not do a good job. She knew I had another appointment after my nails so she did her best to finish but I was still late to my next appointment. She only did one layer of the glitter and it is obvious because it looks very different from my manicure. Why is it that customers who "walked in" after me were able to get service quicker when I had an appointment with ANY nail tech for my pedicure? One of the nail techs that helped walk-ins could have come to me first.

Everything was wonderful until I went to pay with my gift card and they had trouble not knowing what to do! It seems the manager was gone and the employee doing the transaction couldn't tell me what the gift card was worth. Also didn't offer me a receipt.

Absolutely beautiful! My second time back seeing Paula for a gel mani and Kathy for a pedi. They’re the best!
