I was looking for a place that wouldn't be expensive, knows how to cut Asian hair, and will actually listen to do doing what I want (which was just cut my bangs and trim up my layers; I wanted to keep my length). Mrs. Yoon did a fabulous job! In all honesty, she did a better job than I had expected. I had asked for side-swept bangs that were still pretty long, and she first cut them pretty short, which made me kind of sad because I thought i looked like a kid. However, after about a week and my hair settled, I LOVE MY HAIR LOL. :D I finally look a bit cleaner...before, my bangs were ridiculously long and I looked really messy but now I look really clean and organized hair-wise. I suggest that you bring a photo to show exactly what you want. Overall, I will definitely return. It's a small shop and not all fancy-schmancy, but I think that's what I like about it. I dislike haircutters who give you those snobbish airs as if you're not a customer who deserves 100% satisfaction and attention but instead some annoying person who should cough up a lot of money and be thankful that the cutters are even willing to give up their time for you. That's their job and yet they lift their noses in the air, and then after some deft cuts, expect around $60 or something. Mrs. Yoon seriously has impressed me. I love my hair, am so glad that my stupid bangs are out of my face, and that I actually feel cute! And her fee amazes me. My cut was $20. TWENTY!! I'm DEFINITELY going back. (:
