Shannon is a very caring person who loves what she does and it really shows. She begins her sessions by asking you what your problem areas are and focuses on them. She'll moderate her pressure depending on how you feel throughout your massage. Her knowledge of the human body and various techniques is excellent. Her office is clean and the atmosphere she creates is comfortable and relaxing. I've been seeing Shannon for 3 years for massage therapy. She's a great find in Sacramento!
