I would consider this to be one of the best decisions I ever made. The staff are warm, friendly and are great about reminding you about appointments. I've always been able to make my appointments since the hours are so flexible. I've had IPL and years ago, laser. It can sting a little, but nothing unbearable. Now, I finally had the results that I was after. Very happy with my results!

I love Ideal Image Buffalo! The customer service is what was the selling point for me. I have met all the girls and know them all by name, and each one is as wonderful as the next! The entire staff knows their stuff. I am a fan of products and the girls got me hooked on Elure face cream, yes a little pricey but boy does it work! The center itself is so clean and professionally run! I highly recommend Ideal Image for all your needs!
