Kayla is great! She always does such a great job on my nails. She's precise and gentle. Always helps me find the nail color/style that I'm looking for.

I have always enjoyed going to Iridescent nail lounge ever since their business was new. I enjoy the staff, the location, the clealiness of their store and the work. I rarely get nail design but whenever I do, they do not fail to make me happy!! I love it here

Update: my nails were done Tuesday and started getting air bubbles, came Wednesday to "fix" and more air bubbles. Today is Thursday and all my nails have air bubbles and I asked "if I do gel again will this happen" got attitude when I obviously don't mind paying for nice nails, after having a little bit of an argument with the other girls who work their Vivian came and told me to pick a color and not to worry she would fix it. I've worked in retail for about 7 years and sometimes it's just about hearing the complaints and making it right and that's what she did. She wouldn't let me pay for the upgrade on the dip and she wouldn't let me tip her either and that's what I call real service. Vivian is truly the best they have but also understands what the client wants and knows how to fix a situation with the correct attitude. Thanks again Vivian
