I had to get out of my house for a few hours so I figured I'd give this place a try as a way to kill some time. I'm not a huge massage fan, but I've been experiencing tightness in my shoulder and thought this might help. Nancy greeted me upon entering, explained the pricing, and we agreed on 30 min., which we ended up extending to 60. She was wonderful! Gentle, yet firm, and it's obvious she knows what she is doing. She started by walking on my back, something I always assumed was a cliche. Man, was I wrong. Her toes dug in to the muscles of my back in the most delicious way possible. Then on to a traditional massage where she hit all the right spots again, massaging away the tension. 60 minutes flew by in blur, I nearly fell asleep a few times under Nancy's expert hands. I had planned on this being a a one time only, spur of the moment thing. But, I fear that I've already made plans to re-visit this delightful escape as soon as I possibly can.

Not much into massages but after hard trail running and struggling with sore legs and back pain I gave it a shot. Must say that it was the best decision ever! The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The massage started with some deep tissue to all the parts of the back and my masseuse found some knots on my shoulders and worked them out. Also, she used hot stones around the middle of the session without me asking and it was a very grateful detail from her as the stones alivehbeated my cramped and pained muscles. I must say that at $50 an hour is a steal special after the service being so good! Will return here after my different running events for recovery for sure! I didnt ask for my masseuse name but I will ask for her when I return
