The Best!!  Finally !!    Love this Melannies!   I'm an old woman who has had a stroke and has to use a walker and I was treated like any other woman who walked in.  Unlike other nail shops, sorry to say,  Melanie's welcomed  me,
and the place became close to my heart.  I'm a customer for life !!  Everyone there was warm and welcoming.  Definitely first class customer service.  I recommend this salon, wholeheartedly !!

Great place the Gals are such sweeties, I've been taking my Mom here for five years now they make her feel like a Queen. Easy place for parking and lots of ether places to shop.

Not gonna lie I never really cared for getting my nails done...but now I do and will get them done because of the ladies here!! They are all so welcoming and friendly. My little sister comes here, so I went with her and I am so glad I did because the ladies here are the funniest and most pleasant women to be around. They know and remember everyone's names, and you can tell it's an amazing atmosphere because I noticed most of the people who were there were returning customers, and I am probably going to become one of them haha. They also do a very brilliant job. Perfectionists to say the least. Thank you ladies!! Ya'll are amazing!! And I love my nails!! Cannot wait to return.

Love these ladies, been coming here over a decade now. Noticed everyone who comes here r all known & welcomed in by their first name and also have been returning customers for multiple years. I believe it's because Melanie & her crew have great customer service, are real & simple.

What I love most about all of them is that they care about U & how satisfied U are with their services.
Sue is my go to lady for pedicures bcuz she makes sure I don't get in-grown toenails post-pedicure, before coming here, it never failed wherever I got pedicures done - shortly after I always ended up having a extremely painful minor procedure done to remove 1 or both big toenails at my doctors office or Urgent Care. Since coming here, not once have I had to undergo that horrible ingrown toenail removal minor surgery again, "Hail Ms. Sue!!!" as she is my pedicure Savior & Goddess!!

They always have the latest variety of up to date colors, styles, fill, gels, shapes, & healthy trends of nail art. They also offer waxing services.  Always best to make appointment but they welcome walk-ins, these ladies should b considered as essential workers as keeping up with good hand & feet hygiene is important for ones healthy well being during these stressful times during Pandemic. This establishment is also kept well clean & complies with mask , 6' distancing, & protecting all from Covid standards.

The hardworking team at Melanie's is unbeatable. Quality work EVERYTIME. They are truly perfectionists, I have never left here without a smile on my face and the ultimate "glowed up" mindset. Every wax, every acrylic manicure, every pedicure is always flawless. Have highly recommended this wonderful shop to all my friends in the Orange County area and would highly recommend them to anyone reading this review.
Their team is personable, friendly, and are always happy to accommodate whatever needs or desires you have! They truly do go above and beyond, when I'm looking for a more detail oriented nail design or a very meticulous wax!

The entire staff was amazing towards my girlfriend and myself. The owner was incredibly nice and made the effort to really get to know us. Highly recommend The OC Spa!! It's been a month now. Although the staff was great and the owner was very engaging. The Botox my girlfriend received was of extremely low quality. Would not recommend Dr Bloom. I feel he may of somehow "water downed " the treatment after saying he would not of given us the deal that the owner gave us.

I had never had a facial before. I was scheduled for one with Ronica who is friendly and very helpful. She made sure I was comfortable and addressed the areas I was having trouble with. When I left my skin already felt a million times better.

GO TO TIFINI FOR ALL YOUR SKIN CARE NEEDS! i am EXTREMELY particular about the way i like my eyebrows. people always make them too thin or uneven and it drives me nuts. tifini listened REALLY closely to the way that i wanted my brows done, repeated back to me what she heard, and made sure every step of the way that she was doing what i wanted and they look PERFECT! i have also been to her for my brazilian wax and she worked quickly and thoroughly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. plus, her facials are great because you can tell that she REALLY knows her stuff and really enjoys making people glow, which i appreciate. overall, she has always been the perfect balance between professional and friendly.
