I don't know why it's 3 stars. Been shopping here for a long time. The staff is always super helpful and accommodating. Alexis salon manager was super nice, from the gals in the salon (even though I get my hair done elsewhere) took a long time answering my questions and the gal stocking the ordinary section was super helpful. I never have any bad experiences here
